Zhongshan Pedestrian Street

La Zhongshan Street è una famosa strada pedonale ed il centro di Xiamen. La strada pullula di negozi, ristoranti, bar, bancarelle e molto di più. E' il luogo perfetto per fare shopping, soprattutto di artigianato locale, ma anche per marchi alla moda, cinesi e stranieri. Il cibo è un'altra ragione per venire qui: da provare assolutamente la zuppa di noccioline e la pasta shacha mian, squisiti piatti tipici di Xiamen. La strada diventa molto affollata il fine settimana e la sera, in particolare d'estate. Qui vengono anche organizzati concerti e spettacoli. Facile da raggiungere in taxi, ma attenzione alle ore di punta: i taxi infatti scarseggiano e può diventare difficile raggiungere la strada pedonale o andare via.
