Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

To reach the park, you have to go by local bus from the city of Zhangjiajie. The park is a Unesco Nature Reserve. It is recommended that you take at least several days to see the whole park, due to its terrain and the expensive entrance fee of about 25 euros or 245 yuan. The park is not usually frequented by foreigners and you will be unlikely to see any - at most, maybe a couple in the inn, however there is usually a large influx of Chinese, both individual travelers and organized groups. The buses are free inside the park. The views are spectacular, with peaks and precipices of hundreds of meters.
