Zaldierna

Located near Ezcaray, this small stone village is very quiet in winter, all most too much so, which gives off an enchanting air. However, once summer rolls around, the town buzzes with activity of people who come the high Sierra seeking refuge from the heat in the rest of the country.

Like the rest of the region’s villages, it’s ideal to begin routes through the incredible rural landscapes of the Sierra de la Demanda only an hour from Logroño.

It’s a little village in the Sierra de la Demanda mountains, with lots of cottages and spectacular views of the mountains.

It’s ideal for a weekend getaway or just some time to relax and reflect.
