Worth a look!
The Zakim Bridge or Bunker Hill Bridge, as it is famously called by locals, and the connecting tunnel were built as part of the "Big Dig", the largest highway construction project in the United States. The stylish modern design of the bridge made it a State icon from the beginning. At night it is mesmerizing and definitely worth a visit for it's design structure where it becomes more prominent in the moonlight.
