Zaftigs Delicatessen

Zaftig's (meaning fat lady in Hebrew) is a Jewish deli that serves delicious breakfasts, brunches, lunches, and sweets. Expect to see traditional Jewish fare, including potato pancakes, knishes, kugel, blintz, and matzo ball soup, as well as other American favorites like burgers, eggs, hot dogs, and grilled or fried fish. I ordered a pastrami sandwich with potato salad and the meal absolutely hit the spot. The interior of the restaurant is large, simply decorated, and the staff are nice and very quick.
