Yoshiya Ramen

The owner of Yoshiya Ramen is Chinese, but the chefs are Chinese and Japanese. The Ramen is simply delicious. This type is Iekei Ramen, tonkotsu and a mixture of very high percentage Shouyu Tonkotsu. The basic dish of Ramen costs 600 Yen (about €5) and is not very sizable. The soup includes spinach, various vegetables, pork and 3 sheets of nori seaweed. If you wish you can add garlic, ginger and hot sauce. With every bowl of Ramen a free rice dish is included. The only problem for me was that the place is so extremely narrow. The bathroom is always clean as in all the Ramen restaurants I have seen to date.
