YHA Stafford Gables hotel

This is one of the YHA of New Zealand located in an older historic building dating back to 1902. It's a maze of hallways, corridors and stairs that only the Victorians may have, with separate areas for the help and the owners. The views from the top roof garden are spectacular, but some of the hostel facilities are a bit creepy, such at the TV room in the basement. They make up for it with great attention and help.
