    just a few meters away from the sea with great views of the mountains

    As a hostel, it might perhaps not be the best YHA in New Zealand, as it is a bit small. However, it does enjoy an excellent location, just a few meters away from the sea with great views of the mountains, and is a 20 minute walk to see a colony of seals and 10 minutes from the town center.
