Yaxhá Lagoon

In 1990 the Maya Biosphere Reserve was established. It is the largest protected area of ​​Mesoamerica and in the middle you can find the Natural Park Yaxhá ( yaxha ). The truth is that it was an impressive site to see as we arrived, as we arrived in a little boat and the place is really beautiful, the lake is surrounded by tropical forest and there are many species of animals, as you can read on the poster it had crocodiles but we saw none.
