A popular tourist attraction
The Yarn Market is an octagonal building that housed the market located in the small village of Dunster, in the county of Somerset on the south west coast of England. This octagonal structure was built in the late sixteenth century to house the town's market; the economy of Dunster was largely based on the manufacture of woolen garments, hence the name. Today it is very popular with tourists, and has been managed since 1969 with the National Trust, which protects interesting monuments across the UK.
