Tour the world at EPCOT
The world showcase is part of the EPCOT Park. Eleven countries around the world are represented by pavilions so visitors can enjoy a world tour without leaving the park! Start with Mexico. You can taste the rich flavor of Mexican cuisine in the Cantina de San Angel. View or buy handmade crafts and listen to the music of the Mariachis. The attraction of the Mexico pavilion is called The River of Time and is a boat trip to see a volcano.
Or what about Norway? Dine inside the Akershus Castle restaurant and indulge your inner Viking with a trip on the Swirl: a Norwegian boat adventure...polar bears, pirates and the stormy North Sea.
China. There is an IMAX presentation. See the authentic Chinese gardens and temples, Chinese shops and, of course, the Chinese food and the acrobatic show about the legend of the dragons.
Germany. The cuisine, music and dance of Germany. Wine-tasting, and of course cake!
Italy. Venice and the bell tower in St. Mark's Square, bridges, gondolas. Italian Food in Delizie Italiane, La Bottega Italiana, and L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante.
Japan. A serene landscape of gardens and streams, with a pagoda and a torii gate. You can eat authentic Japanese food in Mitsukoshi Teppan Yaki and Yakitori House.
Morocco. Two sections, the Ville Nouvelle (new city) and the Medina (the old city), complete with a souk.
France. The streets of both Paris and the provinces and shops. Watch the movie "Impressions de France".
