World Heritage Site
The capital of the Dutch Antilles and the island of Curacao, Willemstad, is divided into three sub-districts: Punda, Otrabanda and Klooster and Pietermaai. The first two are the most touristy, and the third is a residential area with lots of mansions. Willemstad was declared a World Heritage Site[/ b] by UNESCO. In Punda, you'll find the main stores, all tax-free, and the Floating Market specializing in fruits and vegetables.
