High-speed line
The high-speed line was opened in 2007, and officially put into service on June 10, 2007. New look and new design on the TGV, the French high-speed trains that reach stations Strasbourg, Metz, Meuse TGV, Champagne-Ardenne TGV and Lorraine TGV. The stations are near the towns of Metz, Nancy and Reims only in Strasbourg do you have the privilege of taking the train at the same station as usual, in the city center. This is because the train can't run at 320 km/hour on the same track as other trains so they had to build new tracks. Champagne Station is 5 km from Reims, Meuse is between Verdun and Bar le Duc and Lorraine between Metz and Nancy.
