Wells of the Meadow Creek or Galve de Sorbe

Existen al menos dos teorías sobre el nacimiento del Río Sorbe. Una nos dice que nace al unirse el Arroyo de la Dehesa ( también llamado Sorbe de Galve por los habitantes de este pueblo ) y el Río de la Hoz ( Río Lillas unido al Río Zarzas ). La otra indica que aunque nace en Campisábalos, no tiene la categoría de río, hasta que toma agua de 4 pozas en la dehesa de Galve. Ayer estuvimos en dos de estos pozos: mingón y lucía. Ambos están en el mismo Arroyo de la Dehesa ( fotos 1 y 2 ). Los otros dos, calderón y sepultura están en un arroyo tributario, llamado Valdecimbrio, que desemboca al lado del molino de Lázaro. Es una zona maravillosa entre Galve y Cantalojas, perteneciente a la increíble sierra de ayllón que solo es conocida en una mínima parte. El sábado 2 de Abril y gracias a la colaboración de TURISMO CASTILLA LA MANCHA, estuvimos en el pozo sepultura. Publico 2 fotos por si alguien lo reconoce ( foto 3 ). Para una nueva salida, dejamos el pozo calderón, que según información obtenida del Presidente de la Asociación de danzantes de Galve, está algo más arriba remontando el Valdecimbrio. También parece que se podría entrar arroyo abajo, tomando una camino a la izquierda según llegas de Cogolludo y antes de entrar en Galve. Pronto espero tener su fotografía para publicarla. Al fin me han envíado la foto del pozo calderón (foto 4). Espero os guste la sucesión de cascada-cueva-poza-cascada-poza. Con ésta doy por terminada esta visita a los pozos del Sorbe. Antes de acabar, debo hacerme eco de la tercera teoría sobre el nacimiento de este gran río y es la que indica que sólo tomaría ese nombre, cuando recibe las aguas del Sonsaz, cerca del despoblado de Robledo-La Mata.
