Largest reclining Buddha in Ayutthaya
Hello again! This is the largest reclining Buddha in Ayutthaya, an outdoor figure where people come to place offerings and golden decorations at his feet. The place is surrounded by vegetation and lakes that make it actually quite special. As with most of these World Heritage temples, these ones are being restored as shown on the plans. The projects are rather ambitious and are trying to recover the original state before looting and bombing they suffered over time.
