Worth a visit
You may be confused by the advertising: the hotel is not actually in the castle (which is nearby, with a museum and art gallery. It's worth a visit, with free admission for hotel guests). The hotel rooms are nicely decorated and maintained, the bathrooms are huge, the food in the restaurant is good, and the staff are friendly. With a good swimming pool and a spa, and a great location for traveling around North Wales and visiting Snowdonia, Conwy, etc, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
