Vipiteno

Vipiteno è uno dei borghi più belli dell'Alto Adige: vivace, raccolto e vivibile, abitato da poco più di 6000 anime, Sterzing (come è chiamata in tedesco) mantiene vive le tradizioni popolari tirolesi. La maggioranza della popolazione, e stiamo parlando di un 75% abbondante, è madrelingua tedesco e questo già spiega tutto...! Passeggiando per i vicoli del centro ci si può facilmente svagare fra caffetterie, antichi edifici o un giro alle terme! In estate il centro storico si anima con sagre gastronomiche (dove gustare wusterl e birra!!!) e concerti di gruppi locali, ma anche internazionali. In inverno il paese sembra quasi addormentarsi ricoperto da una fitta coltre di neve!

Vipiteno is one of the most beautiful villages in South Tyrol: lively, cozy and livable, inhabited by little more than 6000 souls, Sterzing (as it is called in German) keeps alive the traditions of popular Tyrolean. The majority of the population, and we're talking about a 75% abundant, is native German speaker and this already says it all ...! Walking through the narrow streets of the center you can easily amuse between coffee shops, old buildings or a ride to the spa! In summer, the old town comes alive with food festivals (where you can enjoy wusterl and beer!) And concerts by local groups, but also international. In winter, the country seems to almost fall asleep covered by a thick blanket of snow!

La via principale offre una lunga camminata alla fine della quale si arriva alla famosa torre delle dodici.
