Burgundy is a restaurant that dates back to 1999 with more than 30 years of industry experience and a popular franchise that is wholly unrelated. It's concept is simple kitchen, with products that require little manipulation: "meat, grilled and salt" and a careful selection of wines. A space to share food and good atmosphere which are all part of the business philosophy. The basis for success is to offer excellent products selected: beef steak, cod, lamb chops, Iberian, etc. There is no room for the baroque in letters, dishes or tablecloths: the food is the only protagonist.
