Vila urbană a lui Vladimir Herţa

C'est un monument architectural et historique d'importance nationale, inscrit au registre des monuments de l'histoire et la culture de Chisinau à l'initiative de l'Académie des sciences de Chisinau. Pendant les années 30 du XIX siècle, l'architecte de la ville O. Gasket a construit une maison dans la rue Alexandrovskaia aujourd'hui Stefan cel Mare, située entre les rues Sfatul Tarii et Sergei Lazo. En 1903, cette maison est achetée par le noble Vladimir Herta qui démolit les bâtiments et à leur place une villa a été construite en 1905. L'architecture de la maison est réglée dans un style éclectique, du baroque de Vienne.
