Vignemale

Petit Vignemale Ascent (3032 m) departing from Gavarnie (French Pyrenees). As you pass through the Barrage D'Ossoue the first rays of sun begin to emerge, which illuminate the ridges of the mountains (07.40 h.). This view, together with the low clouds and the marshes creates a harmonious landscape. This is the ideal time to contemplate natural beauty and, moreover, to photograph it.

We went on a 4-day hike around Vignemale, starting at the Pont d'Espagne and passing by some truly magnificent waterfalls before arriving at the first refuge. Amazing views of the Vignemale peak throughout.
