Via Roma

It's an Italian restaurant, just outside the old center of Nyons. A decor more reminiscent of Italian restaurants in New York than Italy. The service was nice, and that it was the day of the festival of the city and had a lot of people. They took no time in serving a huge plate of hot pasta. You can choose what you want: spaghetti, tagliatelle, gnocchi, farfalle, ... and then the sauce. We tested the recipe "hunter" who was with cream and bacon, and small mushrooms. Very good apart from the bacon which did not come very golden. The other dish with shrimp sauce was good too. With drinks, 30 euros between two, not bad for this quality.
