Verona's main rail station
Verona Porta Nuova is the city's main railway station. It took us just over an hour to travel from Milan. It's a fairly large station with plenty of shops and fast food outlets. To go downtown, you can walk or catch a bus right outside the station. On foot it takes about 20-25 minutes to the historical centre, passing the monument of Porta Nuova.
