Good Rest before ascending Preikestolen

Excellent

Jorpeland is the perfect city to make basecamp before going to Preikestolen. There's a bus stop which takes you right to the national park gate and if the bus does not appear it's not much more expensive to take a taxi. We timed it well and the friendly receptionist really helped to stay organised and not miss out on one of the most spectacular things in Norway. The rooms are good and the place is super quiet, breakfast was coming and as we had to leave at 6 in the morning we made a picnic and they called us a taxi the day before so we had no problem. A perfect 10 for the staff and the hotel.
