Venice Beach

The Venice Beach neighborhood has little to envy to Santa Monica. It is lovely, big and has plenty of kiosks and places for snacks. It has more environment than the other but defintely less glamorous. Depending on the roll that one takes, you can go to one part or the other. It is also interesting that Muscle Beach is right there.

Venice Beach is filled with eye catching diversity and art. Graffiti and the smell of pot fills up much of the boardwalk area. Really cool place to go to if you've never been. It has on beach skateparks and crowd-whooing acts. You can also see Muscle Beach Gym where 'Arnold' worked out.

But if you have been in the Caribbean then it is not a great beach.
