Valea Sebesului

Sebesului Valea is in the Sebes Valley region, which leads to Lake Oasa. It is an area of great natural beauty, which is crossed by the transalpine road, one of the most spectacular views in the country. Sebesului Valea has not developed touristically yet, as it is quite difficult to get to. However, due to the transalpine road this should all change soon. Pine landscapes, it's proximity to several beautiful lakes and high, picturesque mountains, make this a favorite destination for hikers. It is a popular, rural area, with plenty of other hikers about. Walkers will have no difficulty in finding their way with the helpful farmers and locals always on hand to give directions, although detailed maps are widely available.
