Nature at its Purest
I hadn’t discovered this amazing corner, which is actually near the place I live in. It is a beautiful place, where the green of the trees contrasts with the mountains and the blue-green of the swamp’s water. I guess that in the summertime you can take even more advantage of the swamp. There is also an area with are scooters and small boats.
The day we went there it was quite windy and that area was closed. It is located at the end of Pobla de Benifassà, although it is closer to Sènia (Tarragona) and three ravines converge.
It was constructed in the sixties and financed by the people of Ulldecona, which is why it is called Embalse de Ulldecona.
