Úbeda

Úbeda, also called "City of Hills" is in the province of Jaen, the capital of the region of La Loma de Ubeda in Andalusia. It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2003, thanks to its Renaissance buildings and the urban environment.

I definitely recommend it. We came here for three days and we were surprised. First of all in Ubeda you get a tapas with every drink ( yay ). Secondly the olive oil here is magnificent. Therefore, make sure you are ready to spend some money on good quality olive oil and products made from olives.
