Turtle Island

Amazing place in the Gulf of Nicoya, just opposite the National Park Curú from where I went to these beautiful islands on a diving trip. Only ten minutes in a speedboat separated us from this heavenly place in the Pacific Ocean. These islands are composed of Alcatraz Island and the Isle Tolinga, no hotels nor give permission for overnight stays. Alcatraz Island is named after the prison that it had, and San Lucas Island, island where the story "The Island of men alone" is set. On the tour you visit Turtle Island , but take your own food and drink since there is no restaurant on site. Very important is warm weather clothing, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, mask and fins, camera.
