Beautiful views
On the road leading to Yosemite National Park, there are many views overlooking the Tuolumne river which rises directly from the park. The hilly landscape surrounding the river contains rich flora and fauna and it is not uncommon to see families of deer drinking from the water. The river itself is protected by the label "Wild and Scenic" since 1984, so everything is protected, and you're guaranteed a beautiful, unspoiled view of the area.
