Tren turístico de Aracena

Hoy hemos tenido una de las peores experiencias con un servicio turístico de nuestra vida. Ayer nos planteamos ir a visitar Aracena y montar a nuestro niño de 2 años en el tren turístico y antes de organizar nada llame al teléfono que ponía en el folleto de internet. Me confirmó el hombre que 10 minutos antes de la hora de la salida del tren iríamos y sin problema montaríamos no hacia falta reserva y sin más explicaciones porque además me dijo que estaba en un evento familiar me colgó. Entendía que sería algo sencillo llegar, pagar los tickets y tal como dijo montar. Al día siguiente salimos de casa para estar allí a la hora que pone en el folleto y 40 minutos antes de las 12:30 estábamos allí preguntando por la compra de los tickets. Nos dijo la mujer que había allí que nos pasaramos 20 minutos antes porque si no había un mínimo de 5 personas no salía el tren así que hicimos tiempo paseando por allí y a las 12:15 estábamos de nuevo. La sorpresa que dice que habían reservado el tren en ese ratito a 50 personas y que ya no cambiamos así que nos quedamos sin tren. ¡Vergonzoso! No están para dar un servicio a su atractivo pueblo turístico sino a rentabilizar su tren y sacar dinero... No les importó que lleváramos allí más de 1 hora y nos hayan engañado, y por supuesto hayan dado prioridad a un grupo antes que a una familia que llevaba allí toda la mañana esperando. Habíamos hecho lo que nos habían dicho pero aprovecharon la oportunidad de llevarse el dinero con el grupo. Si sabían que estábamos allí que hubieran vendido el tren para 47 porque las otras 3 plazas hasta 50 queríamos cogerlas con anticipación y no nos dejaron. La cara de mi hijo un poema el pobre viendo que todos se subían al tren menos él, toda la mañana esperándolo para nada. Si nos hubieran informado de todo previamente quizás hubiéramos elegido otro lugar donde pasar el domingo pero nos han chafado el día y la ilusión de mi hijo después de haber hecho 200 km para montar en su tren pero no éramos lo importante que ellos consideraban. ¡Muy muy mal que traten al turista familiar de esa manera! Ojalá algún día se sientan igual de despreciados que nos hemos sentido hoy nosotros. Voy a difundir este mal trato al turista por todos los lados y ojalá se les acabe el chollo porque dan un servicio pésimo!

They are not there to give a service to their attractive tourist town but to make profitable their train and to take money they cared a m ..... that we took there more than 1 hour and they have deceived us and of course they have given priority to a group before to a family that had been there all morning waiting and we had done what they had told us but took the opportunity to take the money with the group. If they knew we were there they would have sold the train for 47 because the other 3 seats up to 50 wanted to catch them in advance and they did not let us. If we had been informed of everything previously we might have chosen another place to spend Sunday but we have been cheated by the day and the illusion of my son after having done 200 km to ride his damn train but we were not the important thing they considered. Very very bad that they treat the family tourist in that way! I hope someday they feel just as despised that we have felt today. I am going to spread this bad treatment to the tourist from all sides and hopefully they will run out of the bargain because they give a terrible service! That have a name usurers! Nothing else.

Mucho cuidado con el paisano que conduce el tren y su jefe, son dos personajes de cuidado, después de mi experiencia he visto que a más personas las han podido atropellar, además de varios accidentes con coches. No lo recomendaría a nadie y menos aún si vas con niños. No pongas tu vida en manos de esas personas.
