Bar Tre Scalini

Entrando en la Piazza Navona nos encontramos varios restaurantes que con este nombre nos pueden seducir y a la par confundir, ya que el verdadero Tre Scalini, o así lo considero yo, es que hace esquina con la Via di Tor Millina. Siendo conocido por el Tartufo Negro, la especialidad de la casa, también es un buen rincón en el que poder comer platos típicos de la gastronomía italiana con unas extraordinarias vistas a la Piazza. Su precio no es aconsejable para los visitantes que gocen de un presupuesto escaso, pero por el contrario, si se quiere dar un capricho, es el lugar idóneo en el que hacer una parada y disfrutar tanto con la vista como con el sentido del gusto. No obstante, no hace falta sentarse en las mesas que tienen en la terraza para disfrutar del manjar que es el Tartufo negro. En el lateral de la Via di tor Millina tienen una puerta en la que los turistas hacen cola para comprar el famoso Tartufo. Una cola algunas veces bastante larga pero que merece la pena hacer para degustar dicha especialidad de la casa.

Le bar Tre Scalini se trouve sur la piazza Navona, une grande place piétonne avec beaucoup de charme, au centre du vieux Rome. Le bar est juste à coté de la fontaine de Bernini, et c´est donc l´endroit parfait où l´on a envie, après avoir admiré la fontaine et la place, de se poser pour prendre un verre et manger un morceau. Pourtant, ce n´est pas l´endroit idéal, si on regarde d´un peu plus près les astérisques qui sont à coté des noms des plats, on se rend compte que presque tous sont congelés, et simplement passés au micro onde ou au four avant d´être servis. C´est le cas des pizzas, mais si c´est pour manger une pizza congelée, on est mieux sur son canapé… Par contre, au rayon surgelé toujours, le restaurant a de bonnes glaces, la double coute 3 euros, on ne dit pas si elles sont artisanales, mais elles ont le mérite d´être bonnes et les portions sont généreuses. Pour le reste, il vaut mieux aller dans les autres restaus de la place !

Tre Scalini en u excelente restaurant para comer pastas, ubicado en Piaza Navona a pasos de la fontana di Quattro Fiuni, construida por Bernini y a dos cuadra de la Fontana di Trevi, magnifica fuente de agua construida a principios del 1.600, en una sola gran pieza de mármol, inperdible!!, marca el final de uno de los principales acueductos que llevaba el agua al centro de ciudad. Tre Scalini se llama así porque en su entra existe tres escalones antes de ingresar al restaurant, se come muy buena pasta en gran ambiente mezcla entre romanos y turistas... Recomiendo comer pastas Aglio Olio e Peperoncino, la preparan perfectamente, tomar un espresso y luego cruzar a tomar un Tartufo en la heladeria original de este famoso helado... No es barato y no recomiendo otro tipo de comida, solo la pasta... Es la mejor ubicación del centro de Roma para recorrer calles de construcciones antiguas muy bien conservada, no dejen de visitar la calle de los anticuarios...
