An efficient means of transportation
The tram is a clean, quick way to get around Bilbao. An expansion is in process, and the existing track is fairly new, so the trains aare wonderful. It has a single line (Atxuri - Rekalde) of 6.44 km in length, and 12 stops (three more are being built). It's like the subway, but outside, so you'll see the city. A ticket costs 1.20. You can go to places like the Guggenheim Museum, San Mams, the Euskalduna Palace and the Zubizuri Bridge on the tram. Other forms of urban transport in the city are Bilbobus, and the subway.
