You have to wonder what the locals thought when this wonder of artic masterpiece arrived, the last remnant of Jeremy Clarkson's short -lived fine artist career.
Weirdly out of placed in an otherwise heritage part of the city I like it for being out of the ordinary, just like the Beetle cars that are sawn in half at the top of Cleveland.
