La Oficina de Turismo los espera a la salida de la estación de buses y ferrocarriles: frente al moderno palacio de congresos Vinci (obra del famoso arquitecto francés Jean Nouvel), un edificio de vidrio donde letras azules anuncian "office de tourisme". Sinceramente información completa no sólo sobre Tours, sino sobre todo lo que se puede hacer en los alrededores: castillos, espectáculos, excursiones en bici o tours todo incluido a varios castillos del Loira, hospedaje... Internet también está disponible (1 euro por 15 minutos), y lo único que se podría lamentar es la poca habilidad o la timidez de algunas empleadas que no se atreven a hablar en inglés o español cuando uno no habla francés. Hay otra oficina, mucho más pequeña, al entrar en la plaza PLUMEREAU en el casco viejo. En ambos lugares hay bastante variedad de "souvenirs" por si quieren llevarse algún recuerdo. Pero con algo de paciencia, definitivamente el lugar adecuado para conseguir información turística! fuera de MINUBE, obviamente! ;)
