Torre del rayo

The Lightning Tower (Torre del Rayo) is located on the hill overlooking the Puntazo del Rayo. It is a watchtower of the Moorish era built for surveillance of the coast - the view of Carboneras is unbeatable. It is accessible by car using the road that leads towards Mojacar or by walk via a small hiking path that begins near the Valhalla hotel.
