Although it is not easy to get to, you cannot find this wandering around Goreme, it is certainly the best place to eat here. To find it it's best to locate the mosque and go up the street in front of there and you can see the signs that guide you. Once there, go down the stairs, through the kitchen, and you enter the cave which is in the living room. There are only 10 tables, so if you go in high season it is best to book. The menu is simple but exquisite. There's a plate of starters in four sizes, for two would be the medium, and a main course of chicken, beef, lamb or vegetarian. Besides local desserts.
