I had the opportunity to eat dinner at the Tomato Resto - Bar in the New Hotel Boutique ... Hotel 286. We ordered the 286 burger and tried the ceviche. The cuisine by Chef Pedro Acosta was fantastic and simply delicious. I strongly recommend it as a place for gourmet cuisine in Puerto Ordaz.
