$1 oysters during happy hour!
Tipple and Brine is divine! Well, at least so far it is. Why? Because they've got a happy hour every Monday from 4:30 p.m. until 11 p.m. when oysters are just $1 each! Now, that’s not to say every single oyster served is to die for (for example, I recently ordered three dozen oysters during happy hour to share, and the first two dozen were pretty good, but the third was way too salty for our palates), but they are tasty. Service is great – they usually tell you where the oyster you’re eating is from (although I didn't receive that kind of information during happy hour, but it’s probably because they get crazy busy), and if you’re sitting at the bar, you can expect your servers to never let your small glass of water remain empty for long.
Brussels sprouts here are also worth trying – they’re cooked slightly burnt, but they’re flavorfully topped with "misonnaise" and peanuts and cooked with sweet chili vinegar and mint.
