A guard tower that is leaning

After the city of Medias this has been recognized as not as big country village, the inhabitants constructed it in the year 1550, the trumpeter tower, a huge tower that still stands that has become a symbol of the city. Trumpeter Tower is 68 meters high. Between the years 1927 and 1930, they began to reinforce it as it was leaning like the tower of Pisa. Now it has an inclination of 2 meters to 20. It is quite impressive in height, for a medieval building, and the city has its beautiful yellow, even more on a rainy day. You can not climb up to see views, but you will find a museum in the fort and tower, where there are photos and files mentioning the story of the tower.

It was a guard tower that was used to watch the attacks of the prairie. It is constructed on a hill with views of the city. They started to play the trumpet to warn people of an invasion, and they took refuge in the church, containing food and weapons.
