A great pub
Strategically located at the corner between the famous Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road, opposite the famous Dominion Theatre, the Tottenham is one of my favorite pubs in this area of the British capital. Their fish and chips are cheap (starting at 6 pounds), very rich (I didn't finish them) and delicious, served with home fries and fresh peas. We also liked their excellent salad with smoked salmon (7 pounds) and various sandwiches for a quick meal without breaking the budget (about 4 pounds). It is simple, unpretentious, fully typical and traditional.
