The Streets of Belleville

6 reviews of The Streets of Belleville

Mix of cultures

Home to a mix of people, cultures and religions, situated in the northeast, lies the neighborhood of Belleville. Chinatown has been here for 20 years, and North African populations of the former French colonies came also.. On Tuesday and Saturday there is a market. Two beautiful parks dominate Paris, Parc de Belleville, which houses the Air Museum and the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, a marvellous, totally artificial park with lake and caves, constructed in the nineteenth century. In Belleville you can take a mint tea and smoke his pipe, sample the Arabic, Chinese or African food, and play bowls.
