Homemade from the kitchen
Owned by a married couple without any other employees, there are menus for 6€. The food is nothing spectacular but it is all homemade. We ordered two vegetable soups and a Portuguese cocido and feiroa. Since these dishes are pretty similar, we were both served fountains of blood sausage, chorizo, pork ribs, knee, boiled potatoes, cabbage, beans, rice and carrot. We finished everything but it was difficult. We were also served water, house wine and coffee for dessert complete with homemade coffee cake and rich chocolate mousse. I felt a little bad paying so little for so much so we left a little tip for the two coffees.
