The Stairs of Valparaiso

Valparaiso is the third largest city in Chile, after Santiago and Concepcion. The city is built towards the sea from the hills, it's like an upright open fan, making it necessary to use a multitude of stairs and elevators. These lifts, a total of 15, are considered historical monuments and give it a picturesque air. Loose myself on the stairs of Valparaiso, sunny and moving.
