Elegance, Tranquility and Good Service
A great choice if you're going to be spending a few nights in the city, you're just a few steps away from everything and it's a budget hotel compared to the Hilton and the other ones in the Bay area. The rooms are very well insulated and have some of the best beds and pillows I've ever encountered as a traveler. That's right: the twin room is small, and can be a bit distressing to organize if two people are sleeping together, it's better to ask for a bigger bed. The toilet is in the room, but it's a separate bathroom. The rest of the room's amenities are very good and are very complete with TV, iron, fridge and a microwave.
The hotel staff are a delight: they help you with everything you need, advises you on tourism issues, and will manage your reservations. They always have water available in the lobby and pet treats. You also get free USA Today and they have a fitness center with cardio machines, weights and a yoga area that's amazing. The worst part is that the room is small and you have to add in addition to the taxes, the "resort fee" to your stay: internet, water in the room every day and other amenities are paid part of this fee.
