The Royal Pavillion Gardens
The gardens surrounding the Royal Pavilion Brighton were restored to their original condition at the time of the regency according to the plans of the architect John Nash in the 1820s. As architect of the Royal Pavilion, he had designed the building and grounds as a homogeneous group, which was increasingly difficult to maintain over time. The restoration gave the garden its former appearance with roads circling around small hills, and everything is very natural looking even though it is a park that had been constructed from scratch for when the kings came to rest. The garden care also continues the traditions this era.
