The Old Spaghetti Factory

The Old Spaghetti Factory is an italian restaurant chain with several dozen locations in the United States, Canada and Japan. These restaurants are always located in old warehouses or historic buildings and the decoration consists of antiques and tram-related things. In the case of the one in Louisville, it´s in a beautiful brick building in the center of the city. The interior is no less spectacular with all wood paneling and lots of mirrors and antique lamps. The food obviously revolves around pasta. The crab ravioli I ate were really good. The atmosphere is great and the prices are affordable.
