The visit to the Muslim quarter of Xi'an is one of the essential of this city. This area has a concentrated Hui community, largest Muslim ethnic group in China. Throughout the narrow streets there are food stalls of all kinds and for all tastes. We ate at a stall with dumpling soup. Delicious!
