The Légendines
Here's a tour very different from others. This unusual tour aims to surprise visitors with anecdotes and stories about magic and typically Corsican spells and to discover the city of Bastia there is nothing better than the Légendines. The guide, with specific training for this tour, told us significant details without this information many things would have gone completely unnoticed. We learnt about the mysterious legend of the Black Christ of the Corsican brotherhoods and about spells that are always present in traditions such as the "evil eye". In the chapel of the Immaculate Conception, a chapel of Corsican brotherhood that has been used as a church, the guide showed us a confessional hidden in the wood - I never would have thought of opening the door as it was completely concealed in a carved wooden wall.
