The festivity of the virgin of Carmen
On the feast of the Virgin of Carmen, the sailors of this small village, accompanied by the priest serving the local church, embark and stroll the harbor waters with the image of the Virgin, after a Mass having been celebrated. The whole town and many visitors stay and watch the boats leave, sometimes from their boat rides.
