A great vegan bakery. Everything is 100% organic, gluten free, and, of course, with no animal products. It is run by its owner and chef Valentina Cordero, a Venezuelan chef who embarked on this adventure in 2012. This is a different idea that required a lot of research and study, all to provide the best vegan cupcakes and other desserts. I recommend trying the cupcakes with spirulina, it adds great color and freshness to the delicious food.
